– thermal insulation is used in cryogenics from -200°С and high-temperature insulation up to +180°С

Ease of installation

– the flexibility of the material allows to mount thermal insulation on difficult surfaces, hard-to-reach places, valves and fittings. Enough glue and clamping without additional indoor coatings, clamps and fasteners

Durability

– operation is 25 years. This is achieved due to the composition based on acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, which retains its properties in any technical and production conditions

Re-assembly

– K-FLEX materials can be used for re-assembly, as well as repairs without destroying the thermal insulation cover

Geometric

– K-FLEX materials completely isolate the entire thermal system, creating tightness and preventing direct heat loss

Moisture resistance

– has a high diffusion resistance to water, pH - neutral, does not form an acidic environment, and does not accelerate pipe corrosion

It does not have a CMU coefficient

– due to the porous structure, the calculated insulation thickness is taken during installation, without considering the coefficients and errors during sealing
